The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex property-related project packages, overseeing multi-disciplinary design, engineering, and construction works. This role encompasses end-to-end project management—from concept and design coordination through procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover—ensuring delivery aligns with the project’s vision, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of assigned property project packages. Develop and maintain integrated project plans including schedules, milestones, and resource plans. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

  • Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Manage coordination across architecture, structural, civil, MEP, infrastructure, and specialist systems. Facilitate regular coordination meetings to resolve design and site issues.

  • Design Management: Work with design consultants to ensure design completeness and compliance. Manage design reviews, value engineering exercises, and technical submittals.

  • Procurement & Contract Administration: Support development of procurement strategies and packaging plans for consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Administer contracts by monitoring performance and managing variations and claims.

  • Construction Management: Oversee construction works across multiple packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Monitor site progress and compliance with safety regulations.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, preparing and delivering progress reports to senior management.

  • Risk, Quality & Compliance: Develop project risk registers and maintain quality assurance processes. Ensure adherence to local regulations and project standards.

  • Handover & Operational Readiness: Plan and manage testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities, ensuring that completed assets meet requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 15 years of progressive experience in project management of property-related developments.
  • Proven track record delivering large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent are preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong project management skills including planning and budgeting.
  • Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and the property development lifecycle.
  • Strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple packages concurrently.
