Senior Project Manager

This role offers the opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, involving a major mixed-use development that includes sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure. The company is seeking high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Champion health, safety, wellbeing, and security across the project, empowering teams to adhere to policies and procedures.
• Integrate a customer-first mindset into all aspects of project planning and delivery.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, inspire high performance, and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Provide inclusive and visible leadership, support succession planning, and mentor team members.
• Oversee project execution, collaborating with stakeholders and presenting strategies to governance committees.
• Develop and implement robust project delivery plans while proactively managing risks and opportunities.
• Lead procurement and commercial activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement and learning through post-project reviews and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Relevant work experience on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Civil Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, or Construction Management.
• Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is also acceptable.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, leading complex projects from initiation to completion within a contracting or construction environment.
