We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to manage the design and construction of a public realm improvement project, executed under a Design & Build contract. This project includes hard and soft landscaping, roads, and utilities infrastructure within a 10km long environmentally sensitive corridor. The successful candidate will be fully accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring that each milestone is executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of delivering multi-disciplinary projects with high public visibility.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems and provide suitable solutions.
- Capacity to lead and motivate a team.
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience.
- Enthusiastic and able to drive projects to completion.
- Flexible and ready to take on and overcome new challenges.
Desired Skills:
- Proven ability to perform in a project management role with a strong focus on design and build contracts.
- Experience in managing asset delivery through construction, handover, and start-up operations.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, with a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
- Skilled in interface management between functional needs for complex assets.
- Working knowledge and proficiency in the design and construction of public realm/urban regeneration projects, buildings, and utilities infrastructure projects.
