Key Responsibilities:
- Define and arrange project management, technical services, and external resources to meet client objectives.
- Lead collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Demonstrate safety first principles and embed the company's Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) framework throughout the project.
- Procure and manage design teams, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring scope, fees, and variations are controlled.
- Oversee project delivery from inception to completion, managing programme, milestones, and budgets.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, risk management strategies, and quality systems aligned with service excellence.
- Drive business priorities including digital innovation and responsible practices.
- Champion sustainability and net zero carbon goals across all project phases.
Qualifications:
- Degree qualification in the relevant subject is essential.
- 12+ years’ postgraduate professional experience is essential.
- Experience in stadiums, events, or sports venues is an advantage.
- Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
