We are looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role will lead the end-to-end project and construction management of a high-profile mixed-use development, acting as the Client’s representative within the PMC organization. The responsibilities include project management, design review coordination, construction management oversight, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the project meets time, cost, quality, and safety objectives.

Location: Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Governance:
    • Lead the project on a daily basis, representing the Client's interests.
    • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and reporting structures.
    • Develop the overall project execution plan, covering scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Scope, Schedule & Cost Management:
    • Oversee the integrated master programme covering all project phases.
    • Monitor contractor and consultant programmes, ensuring milestones are met.
    • Manage project costs and scope, ensuring alignment with Client requirements.
  • Design Management & Review:
    • Coordinate the design review process, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
    • Resolve design issues and interface risks between various components.
  • Construction Management & Site Oversight:
    • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
    • Oversee the activities of the construction supervision teams.
    • Manage site logistics and ensure effective construction methodologies.
  • Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE):
    • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Implement QA/QC procedures and monitor non-conformance reports.
  • Stakeholder & Operator Coordination:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and authorities.
    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Risk, Issues & Reporting:
    • Maintain risk and issues logs, and prepare progress reports for the Client.
    • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Testing, Commissioning & Handover:
    • Oversee the testing and commissioning strategies for building services.
    • Manage the handover of documentation and support operational transition.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Preferably a Master’s degree in Project/Construction Management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction and project management.
  • Proven experience in large-scale mixed-use or hospitality developments.
  • Familiarity with projects in the GCC, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong design coordination and management experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.

Language Requirements:
English proficiency is preferred.
