Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and execute complex, high-impact projects within the payments industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery—from planning to execution—while ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex business and technology projects, particularly within the payments domain.
• Ensure seamless integration, server configuration, and compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of business operations and technical systems to make informed project decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and the Head of Enterprise to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and improve project management frameworks and methodologies to suit the evolving needs of the organization.
• Act as a mentor to project teams, setting clear expectations and promoting a high-performance culture.
• Make autonomous, confident decisions with minimal supervision, demonstrating ownership and leadership.
• Maintain a strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (can be substituted with equivalent experience).
• 5-6 years of proven experience in project management roles, preferably in the payments or fintech sector.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.).
• Solid understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and cybersecurity protocols.
