The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall execution of large-scale projects to ensure customer satisfaction through effective management of project-related activities and resources. This role is accountable for all contractual obligations from the signing of the contract to project finalization.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first and primary customer contact.
- Hold full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the project.
- Lead country-level activities spanning multiple smaller projects/sites with potentially a small number of project managers reporting to you.
- Take full accountability for project outcomes, inspiring functional leaders to own their work packages and deliverables.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure project completion (partners, contractors, customers).
- Develop execution strategies in collaboration with the Inquiry to Order (ITO) Commercial manager and ensure a successful project transition.
- Maintain and manage a risk register with mitigation actions.
- Elevate issues promptly through daily management and maintain a continuous Risk & Opportunities register.
- Ensure project team accountability for performance targets including revenue, cost margin, and cash flow.
- Mitigate performance risks proactively with the Performance engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- 10-15 years of experience in various domains of the energy/oil and gas industry.
- Significant experience in Project Management, with knowledge comparable to a master's degree from an accredited university.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.

- Familiarity with the contractual structure of Power Projects scopes (Equipment Supply, Engineering Packages, and Turnkey).
- Experience working in a dynamic, energetic, and proactive environment.
