Position

The company is seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Project Manager to join our team in the nuclear facilities industry. In this role, you will work as an integrated team member and trusted advisor for a commercial customer. You will manage interdisciplinary teams and resources, coordinate project interactions, and ensure successful project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Prepare correspondence, written reports, presentations, and briefings for customers and senior personnel.
  • Manage project scheduling and coordination among various facilities.
  • Oversee the establishment of project planning documents such as PMIS, Health and Safety Plan, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan.
  • Act as the primary company representative with customers and subcontractors during program execution.
  • Collaborate with management to establish project budgets, schedules, and performance goals.
  • Monitor project activity and report on progress, addressing conditions that might affect costs or schedules.
  • Ensure that the project meets quality and compliance standards while promoting commercial excellence.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering.
  • 15+ years of engineering management experience on large-scale programs.
  • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity within a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in various software applications.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the nuclear facilities industry.
  • Ability to manage complex projects valued at up to $1 Billion.
  • Knowledge of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Progressive Design-Build (PDB) methodologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory agency negotiations and public relations.
