Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Prepare correspondence, written reports, presentations, and briefings for customers and senior personnel.
- Manage project scheduling and coordination among various facilities.
- Oversee the establishment of project planning documents such as PMIS, Health and Safety Plan, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan.
- Act as the primary company representative with customers and subcontractors during program execution.
- Collaborate with management to establish project budgets, schedules, and performance goals.
- Monitor project activity and report on progress, addressing conditions that might affect costs or schedules.
- Ensure that the project meets quality and compliance standards while promoting commercial excellence.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of engineering management experience on large-scale programs.
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in various software applications.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the nuclear facilities industry.
- Ability to manage complex projects valued at up to $1 Billion.
- Knowledge of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Progressive Design-Build (PDB) methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory agency negotiations and public relations.
