The company is seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Project Manager specializing in Buildings to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will lead a team comprising Consultants, Contractors, and Construction & Project Managers, ensuring the successful management and delivery of multiple projects through all stages, including Design, Construction, and the Defects Liability Period.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers, reporting directly to the Project Director.
- Oversee delivery of road and bridge projects, efficiently resolving issues impacting cost, time, and quality.
- Supervise team members to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Attend meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Authorities, Utilities Providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Review technical, commercial, and planning contractor submittals, providing approval or endorsement as necessary.
- Offer innovative solutions to project issues affecting cost, time, and quality.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in relevant fields, specifically in Building projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of Project Management principles.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
