Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Close property transactions in the off-plan and secondary markets.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with investors and clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently, showcasing proven negotiation skills in high-stake deals.
- Work independently while contributing to the overall performance of the sales team.
Requirements
- Strong track record in Dubai real estate or luxury property sales.
- Demonstrated experience in closing property transactions successfully.
- Experience in either off-plan, secondary market, or both is advantageous.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets effectively.
- Strong negotiation, client management, and investor relationship skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
