Responsibilities
- Conduct property sales for both off-plan and secondary markets
- Manage client relationships independently while also collaborating within the team
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Stay informed on Dubai communities, property trends, and pricing to provide clients with the best options
- Generate leads through company resources and marketing support
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Strong client acquisition, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Dubai communities, property trends, and pricing
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to independently manage clients and work within a team
