Senior Property Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking experienced property consultants based in Dubai with a proven track record in real estate sales. Candidates with UAE real estate experience are preferred, as we will not consider freshers or applicants based outside the UAE.

Role Context
The company, established in 2025, is a brokerage firm that specializes in both residential and commercial properties across the secondary and off-plan markets. Our team brings over 7 years of experience in the Dubai market, combining RERA-certified expertise, market intelligence, and strong developer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle buyers, sellers, and property inquiries effectively
• Negotiate offers and close transactions
• Develop strong prospecting, follow-up, and client management skills
• Maintain independence in work while achieving sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Dubai's residential property market
• Proven ability to negotiate offers and close transactions
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
