Responsibilities
- Utilize RERA-certified expertise and market intelligence to assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored services.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with team members to promote properties and achieve collective sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, sales strategies, and property laws to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate.
- Proven track record in property sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
