About the Role
This position involves working with a Dubai-based real estate brokerage that specializes in both residential and commercial properties across off-plan and secondary markets. The ideal candidate will bring a passionate drive for sales and possess an in-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the sales of residential and commercial properties.
• Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring a high level of service.
• Achieve sales targets and close deals in a timely manner.
• Conduct prospecting and negotiations to facilitate successful transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of real estate sales experience preferred; at least 1 year required.
• Previous experience with a Dubai real estate brokerage is strongly preferred.
• Experience in either off-plan or secondary-market transactions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals successfully.
• Strong negotiation, prospecting, and client management skills are essential.
• Proficiency in European languages is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Must be independent, commercially minded, and results-oriented.
