Job Description
- Support business leaders on people-related initiatives and HR matters.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives.
- Deliver HR reports and analytics, including headcount, turnover, and absence reporting.
- Assist in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities and Emirati talent initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver end-to-end people solutions.
- Support change management and transformation initiatives across the business.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, Central Bank regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements
- UAE National with a Family Book.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Banking & Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, or Generalist HR roles.
- Experience within banking, financial services, or a regulated environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
