Your Role:
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be a key member of the team responsible for ensuring product and service quality while delivering exceptional user experiences. You will utilize your software quality assurance expertise to manage testing processes and implement solutions to maintain high standards across our systems. This role requires collaboration with engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop technical test solutions, lead automation efforts, and enhance QA CI/CD processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Conduct both manual and automation testing of mobile applications (Android and iOS), web applications, and backend services.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, develop, and execute automation tests using internal automation frameworks and systems.
- Identify root cause issues, document them thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing once bugs are resolved.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to identify system requirements, adhering to Agile methodologies and practices.
- Adapt to new testing tools and methodologies as necessary.
Your Expertise:
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Test Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Experience with various frameworks such as Detox, Selenium, TestNG, Appium, etc.
- Proficient in manual and automation testing (API, E2E, mobile).
- Design and development skills in JavaScript and Java.
- Experience with MySQL and scripting.
- Familiarity with DevOps and AWS is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and continuous integration concepts.
- Fluency in English.
