Senior QA Engineer will be directly responsible for the test engineering activities across the company generative AI enablement platform and data sovereignty platform. You’ll ensure that robust test plans are in place considering functional as well as non-functional aspects, with a focus on test coverage, hands-on automation experience, and robust CI/CD implementation for testing. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders working in an agile environment with transparent and accurate test status reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements, technical details, and design effective test strategies.
- Design automation frameworks, write automation test cases, execute, and maintain the pipelines.
- Manage test efforts effectively, ensuring timely delivery under tight release deadlines.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and estimate the effort effectively.
- Analyze microservice architecture errors and bugs for debugging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or advanced certifications are often preferred.
- 8 or more years of experience in software test engineering and test automation with CI/CD experience.
- Experience in testing web applications, backend APIs, and native mobile applications.
- Hands-on coding experience with automated testing frameworks, preferably Playwright with Python; experience with Selenium/Appium is also applicable.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, Postman, QMetry, and Azure.

- Experience in testing python-based test frameworks, able to write shell scripts, and experience with cloud DevOps skills.
- Familiarity with databases and comfort in writing fundamental SQL queries.
