Senior QA/QC Engineer

The company is seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer for the Expo 2030 project in Riyadh. This role involves supporting the implementation of the Expo 2030 Quality Management System and Project Quality Plan by providing quality assurance oversight and technical quality support for electrical infrastructure, utilities, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. The position primarily focuses on monitoring contractor and consultant compliance with approved project requirements, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan and audit program.
• Verify compliance with project quality requirements across various project phases.
• Identify and manage quality risks, nonconformances, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide QA oversight for electrical systems and activities.
• Conduct quality audits and manage quality-related interfaces across project disciplines.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles.
• Minimum 5 years on major infrastructure or utility projects.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience with electrical infrastructure works and multi-contract interfaces.
• ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA approved).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders.
