Key Accountabilities
- Support daily technical problem-solving and assist with complex inspections and analysis.
- Propose improvements and guide QC inspectors as needed.
- Assist the Supervisor and QC team, including data collection for analysis.
- Conduct low-complexity in-process rejection investigations.
- Inspect production activities at all stages through final product inspection per specifications.
- Perform surveillance inspections and tests according to the Quality Plan.
- Record, report and retain inspection and testing results.
- Maintain required IMS and departmental documentation.
HSE Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide OSH information, training and supervision.
- Assist in preparing risk assessments and applying appropriate control measures.
- Report OSH hazards and incidents promptly.
Experience & Education Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering field
- 3–5 years of experience in a direct QC role that extends to managing flow processes in large production environments
- Expert knowledge of Gauges, technical drawing reading, and of tests and Quality procedures
- Demonstrated Statistical Analysis skills
- Computer literacy
- English language skills (oral and written)
Preferred Experience
- Intermediate experience managing quality for explosives
- Understanding of explosives/ammunition environment
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Arabic.
