Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing design plans and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and functions of the problem.
- Ensuring that products meet the organization's and customers' quality and product integrity requirements.
- Supporting product development or operations teams by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
- Identifying root causes of problems in the production process and recommending corrective measures.
- Analyzing data to identify trends in product quality or defects to mitigate and prevent recurrence and future defects.
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and industry standards and regulations throughout manufacturing processes.
- Enforcing and complying with necessary controls and related information security policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, demonstrating required competencies and experience.
- Experience as a specialist contributor or team lead, managing and delivering projects.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, digital fluency, and attention to detail skills.
