Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate applications' potential by testing compatibility of new programs with existing systems and confirming adherence to application objectives, specifications, and QA standards.
- Develop application test plans and test cases based on requirements and technical specifications from product and technology teams.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control tests for new and existing application solutions developed by the Product Department.
- Perform system stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, and scalability testing for all new products and modifications.
- Ensure application security controls and adherence to data integrity standards.
- Improve existing application performance through project reviews and testing recommended changes.
- Maintain records of changes made across applications, and develop bug reports for end-users and support teams.
- Prepare documentation and user guides outlining operating instructions and procedures.
- Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Experience in testing within a product development organization or analytics industry.
- Proficient in test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Testrail, QC).
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Swagger and Postman.
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and strong understanding of web technologies (JS, HTML, CSS).
- Programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript are a plus.
- Experience in big data and AI products is a plus (data quality, data mapping, SQL jobs, ElasticSearch, etc.).
- Tech-ops knowledge (Kubernetes, Docker, shell, cloud services) is beneficial.
- At least 5 years of experience in Agile development methodologies, preferably in an AI service or analytics context.
