Responsibilities
- Work closely with project members, technical product owners, architects, and software engineers
- Translate complex functional and non-functional requirements into robust end-to-end tests
- Manage testing of cross dependencies with other release train teams
- Ensure test tools are configured accurately to support metrics collection
- Support and guide software engineers in writing and maintaining automated functional tests
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks and test harnesses
- Ensure Quality Gate requirements are met
- Support coordination of major delivery initiatives across multiple domains
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- 3+ years in Information Technology
- Degree in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Experience in quality engineering roles within a digital or e-commerce environment
- Hands-on experience with developing UI and API automation frameworks
- Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (Java, Python, JS, C++, Ruby, Perl, C#)
- Experience with automation tools: Selenium, Protractor, Jasmin, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG
- Proficiency in using git SCM tools, CI tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Strong expertise in context-driven and exploratory testing
