Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring design quality and adherence to standards within D360 Bank. The role involves a range of essential tasks including software design, source code development, review and control, configuration management, and software integration. This position is critical in conducting quality assurance testing and analyses to ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards and end-user requirements prior to release.

The engineer will work collaboratively within a team, leveraging proficiency in the required programming languages to anticipate potential issues during the development process, while also articulating innovative solutions to prevent recurrence of these issues. Responsibilities entail reviewing design plans, ensuring compliance with quality standards, supporting the product development team, and identifying root causes of quality issues to implement corrective measures.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years in quality assurance with demonstrated competencies.
• Skills: Team or technical supervision, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Technical Competencies: Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Test Automation, and Quality Improvement.
