Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough end-to-end functional and non-functional testing for mobile apps and backend services.
- Validate core lending workflows to ensure accuracy, stability, and reliability across systems.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify risks and improve quality.
- Perform backend API testing and database validation to safeguard data integrity.
- Actively participate in Agile projects, ensuring QA processes are aligned with development cycles.
- Drive continuous improvements in test coverage, automation, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience in QA within the financial services or lending industry is preferred.
- Proficient in SQL for backend database validation and testing.
- Strong experience with Python and pytest for automation testing of APIs and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with performance testing to assess and optimize application responsiveness and stability.
- Experience with end-to-end mobile app testing (functional and non-functional).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business risks and edge cases.
- Hands-on experience with backend API testing and database testing.
- Experience working in Agile development environments with QA involvement in sprints.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
