About the Opportunity
As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at HungerStation, you will work closely with engineering and product teams to enhance product quality. You will apply best practices and continuously coach engineers to develop a quality mindset. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively contributing to QA OKRs planning and leading initiatives to enhance existing processes and prevent bugs.
- Monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the QA team's KPIs for your domain.
- Assessing the product lifecycle and enhancing each stage to improve product quality.
- Participating and leading cross-functional end-to-end testing projects while applying exploratory testing techniques.
- Defining manual and automated test cases throughout the development lifecycle, considering the ideal software testing pyramid.

Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality control, and quality assurance.
- Experience working collaboratively with multiple teams within the same domain to drive quality activities and processes.
- Strong knowledge of agile testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience in testing mobile applications and backend services.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration, Continuous Build, and Continuous Deployment practices.
- Competence in defining manual and automated test cases throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ability to manage and develop impactful QA processes at the domain level.
- Proficiency in monitoring, analyzing, tracking, and reporting on KPIs for the QA team within the designated domain.
- Experience in creating test plans and test strategies.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning capabilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with shift-left testing approaches.
- Preferably experienced in automation testing for both mobile and API testing.
- Experience with quality control reporting and tracking software like JIRA.
- Experience with source code control and build tools (GitHub).
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certificate or higher.
