Responsibilities
- Defines and executes manual and automated test strategies across web, mobile, and API platforms.
- Reviews requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure testability and coverage.
- Performs functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
- Designs, automates, and maintains test cases using tools such as Cypress or Katalon Studio.
- Identifies, logs, tracks, and validates defects using Jira and related QA tools.
- Collaborates with developers, product owners, and designers to embed quality into delivery.
- Supports CI/CD pipelines and release cycles through test readiness and quality gates.
- Drives continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cypress or Katalon Studio and RESTful API testing.
- Solid understanding of authentication, SSO mechanisms, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience using Jira, Postman, Swagger, and test automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
