Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end QA delivery across functional, non-functional, and UAT testing.
Define and execute QA strategy, test planning, and governance.
Manage QA teams, mentor testers, and ensure delivery quality.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and Agile teams.
Oversee defect management, test reporting, and release readiness.
Ensure quality across web, mobile, middleware, and system integrations.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience managing QA for mid to large digital transformation programs.
Strong Airline systems experience: PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, DCS, Check-In, GDS (Amadeus).
Hands-on expertise in Web, Mobile, Middleware, and Interface testing.
Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar ALM tools.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience collaborating with Agile release teams.
