Responsibilities
- Oversee quantity surveying tasks including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting for gas pipeline projects.
- Assess project performance and manage variances, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to monitor project progress and implement financial controls.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies related to budget overruns and resource allocation.
- Prepare tender documents and assist in contractor selection processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Experience Required
- Minimum Overall 12+ years of experience in the oil & gas sector.
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Strong background in Gas Pipeline projects and NGL pipeline networks.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects.
- Familiarity with sour-gas treatment processes for both associated and non-associated gas.
- Knowledge of pipeline infrastructure development and common utilities in Gas Processing plants.
- Direct experience working on ADNOC projects involving gas processing plants and pipelines.
- At least 5+ years of experience in both onshore and offshore project environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
