Senior Real Estate Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced real estate professional to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Dubai's real estate market, a proven ability to close transactions, and a strong client-focused approach. You will be responsible for managing a sales pipeline, pursuing targets, and building relationships with clients to deliver successful property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Close property transactions in both off-plan and secondary markets
• Manage and pursue a sales pipeline effectively
• Convert leads through strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Build and maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients
• Stay informed on market trends and developments

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage
• Proven track record of closing property transactions
• Experience in off-plan or secondary-market sales
• Strong lead conversion, negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently pursue targets
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• European background preferred
• Currently based in Dubai
