Responsibilities
- Manage and close property transactions, consistently achieving sales targets
- Develop and maintain established client relationships
- Leverage strong business development skills to generate new leads
- Provide clients with expert knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and secondary property markets
- Negotiate contracts and effectively communicate with clients to manage their expectations
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall performance
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant real estate sales experience, preferably in Dubai
- Proven track record of closing property transactions
- Established client relationships and strong business development skills
- Proficient in Arabic
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills
- Valid UAE driving license
