The company is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner closely with the business in delivering strategic, high-quality talent acquisition solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role requires strong relationship management, market insight, and the ability to adapt quickly to various focus areas within Talent Acquisition, including Nationalization, internal mobility, recruitment marketing, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment services efficiently and aligned to business priorities across large-scale programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by understanding role requirements and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment activities for complex, high-volume hiring and provide guidance to additional recruiters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.
  • Collaborate with Nationalization teams and HR partners to align hiring activity with localization targets.
  • Shape compelling job postings and contribute to recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current on industry trends, leveraging data to shape sourcing strategies.
  • Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and leverage global talent pipelines for future workforce needs.
  • Ensure recruitment activities adhere to ethical standards and support diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, social media platforms, and digital recruitment tools.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Workday, Phenom, or comparable ATS/CRM platforms.
  • Prior involvement in Nationalization, internal mobility, or recruitment marketing.
