Senior Relationship Manager - Data Centers

This role involves introducing and setting up a separate Business vertical for Data Center Financing within the institution. The successful candidate will create policies and guidelines along with underwriting standards to develop and maximize this business for the Bank. They will play an active role globally in deal origination efforts and coordinating between clients and product teams in the mandate execution for the Data Center segment.

Responsibilities

• Solicit acceptable new relationships by originating transactions across the Bank’s product suite to achieve pre-set financial & non-financial objectives globally.
• Responsible for credit risk assessment, risk rating, and structuring of facilities for assigned corporate relationships, working with Credit Relationship Managers (CRMs).
• Review existing portfolio in a timely manner and recommend appropriate credit facilities in line with the bank’s credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risk.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients at the decision-making level to position the Bank as their preferred choice.
• Maintain an active pipeline focusing on ‘new to bank’ transactions/business, adhering to Central Bank regulations and the Bank’s internal policies.

Requirements

• Candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the Data Center industry and financing product suite.
• Experience in managing strong client relationships.
• The individual must understand the risks associated with Data Centers, especially during various stages of its development.
