We are currently pursuing a significant project in Egypt that aims to develop luxurious residential and commercial spaces, along with recreational amenities and economic zones.

In the role of Senior Reporting Engineer, you will be responsible for non-routine cost engineering, planning, and scheduling needs for various projects. Your responsibilities will include establishing relationships with stakeholders, conducting schedule analysis, integrating activities, identifying restraints, monitoring costs and performance, recommending alternatives, and delivering training sessions and workshops. Your expertise will help ensure seamless execution of project components.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate non-routine cost engineering, planning, and scheduling needs.
  • Work closely with departments to understand total project schedule needs.
  • Conduct project schedule analysis and evaluate problem areas.
  • Assist with the development and review of schedule recovery plans.
  • Coordinate cost report development and accuracy.
  • Prepare specific budgets following established standards.
  • Lead risk workshops and conduct risk quantification activities.
  • Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in PC operating systems and basic software applications.
  • Familiar with financial reporting systems and controller account codes.
  • Intermediate knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup processes.
  • Practical experience or training in engineering and construction management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
