Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Work Conditions: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the definition of PMO reporting requirements and the development of standard reporting templates and formats.
  • Develop forms, templates, and tools to capture project and programme status information.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of key weekly, monthly, and quarterly PMO reports.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining PMO reporting schedules and calendars.
  • Support the design, implementation, and governance of the PMO performance reporting framework.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of reporting analysts and engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables and ongoing professional development.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of PMO-level reports, dashboards, and performance insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project controls, finance, risk, and delivery teams to ensure PMO reporting is integrated, consistent, and accurate.
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives and delivery milestones.
  • Ensure reporting processes and outputs comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and recognized industry best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in PMO performance reporting, with demonstrated success on major infrastructure or construction programmes.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Business Intelligence platforms including Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong background in data analysis and data visualization techniques.
  • Extensive experience in PMO design, including developing and implementing processes, procedures, and systems to support effective project management and performance monitoring.
  • Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline (preferred).

Desired Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively within PMO and/or Project Management environments.
  • Proven people management or team leadership experience.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Technical writing and graphic design experience (advantageous).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM) is an advantage.
