Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain tools/forms to collect programme status from stakeholders.
  • Manage production, validation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Establish and oversee timelines for report submissions and reviews.
  • Consolidate, review, and issue dashboards; escalate risks/issues as necessary.
  • Define dashboard requirements to align delivery with user needs.
  • Implement consistent reporting procedures and conduct quality reviews.
  • Utilize SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modelling for reliable insights.
  • Support cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes.
  • Promote transparent reporting and respond professionally to reviews.
  • Identify process enhancements and stay updated on best practices and tools.
  • Collaborate towards achieving net-zero carbon transition, managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent; progressing toward chartership with a recognized professional body, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Proven experience in PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, and Primavera 6.
  • At least 20 years of experience in construction or engineering projects, including design and deployment of BI solutions.
  • Strong leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, with a record of measurable outcomes and best practices.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant legislation within complex organizational settings.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Must meet visa criteria for Saudi Arabia and possess relevant work experience on high-value projects for project management consultancy.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills may be beneficial.
