• Deliver client-focused PMO and Project Controls strategies with excellence.

• Create opportunities by mentoring teams, fostering innovation, and enabling people to excel.
• Lead PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring frameworks, governance, and performance excellence.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving outcomes.
• Manage baselines, cost, schedule, risk, reporting, and compliance to achieve objectives.
• Mentor teams, integrate disciplines, support resourcing, and champion transition to net zero carbon.

Qualifications:

• Professional membership or progress toward chartered status.
• Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
• Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management expertise.
• Knowledge of sustainability, risk tools, and project management frameworks.
