In this position, you will work within an integrated, multidisciplinary team on a large-scale development that will contribute to the ongoing transformation of the Kingdom and create a lasting legacy for the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain tools/forms for collecting program status from stakeholders.
  • Manage the production, validation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Establish and oversee timelines for report submissions and reviews.
  • Consolidate, review, and issue dashboards; escalate risks/issues as needed.
  • Define dashboard requirements to ensure user needs are met.
  • Implement consistent reporting procedures and conduct quality reviews.
  • Utilize SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modeling for reliable insights.
  • Support cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes.
  • Facilitate reviews and ensure transparent reporting.
  • Identify process enhancements and stay updated on best practices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent and progression toward chartership with a recognized professional body.
  • Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, Primavera 6.
  • A minimum of 20 years’ experience in construction or engineering projects.
  • Proven leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation within complex organizational environments.
  • Effective communicator with analytical capabilities and ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Eligibility for necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience in high-valued projects/programs for a project management consultancy.
