Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Safety First, ensuring wellbeing, quality, sustainability, and compliance.
- Deliver client-focused PMO and Project Controls strategies with excellence.
- Uphold integrity, driving accountability, sustainable outcomes, and positive impact.
- Create opportunity by mentoring teams, fostering innovation, and enabling people to excel.
- Lead PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring frameworks, governance, and performance excellence.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving outcomes.
- Manage baselines, cost, schedule, risk, reporting, and compliance to achieve objectives.
- Mentor teams, integrate disciplines, support resourcing, and champion net zero carbon transition.
Qualifications:
- Professional membership or progress toward chartered status.
- Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
- Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management expertise.
- Knowledge of sustainability, risk tools, and project management frameworks.
