Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain tools/forms to collect programme status from stakeholders.
  • Manage production, validation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Establish and oversee timelines for report submissions and reviews.
  • Consolidate, review, and issue dashboards; escalate risks/issues as needed.
  • Define dashboard requirements and ensure delivery aligns with user needs.
  • Implement consistent reporting procedures and conduct quality reviews.
  • Use SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modelling to ensure traceable, reliable insights.
  • Support cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes.
  • Facilitate reviews, ensure transparent reporting, and respond professionally.
  • Identify process enhancements and stay updated on best practices and tools.
  • Collaborate towards the net zero carbon transition by identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent.
  • Progression towards chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
  • Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
  • Proven leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practices.
  • Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
  • Effective communicator with analytical capability; ability to engage, influence, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy is required for immigration and client approval.
