Senior Reporting Specialist

Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Reporting Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all work is in full coordination with Al Soudah Development. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development and implementation of reports as directed by the Senior Reporting Manager.
• Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for reporting aspects of the program.
• Compiling and analyzing data from cost and scheduling inputs into PowerBI formats and PowerPoint presentations.
• Facilitating partnerships with key stakeholders and managing reporting among our team and subcontractors.
• Ensuring adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Reporting challenges and issues to the Senior Reporting Manager and helping to develop resolutions.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 10 years of related experience in risk management, preferably in construction projects.
• Proficiency in Power BI and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong leadership, written and oral communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and follow through on tasks within a complex reporting environment.

Language Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
