Senior Research Engineer

About the Job:

Analog AI is a catalyst for change across various industries, committed to enhancing human experiences through technological advancements. As a Senior Research Engineer, you will be responsible for building AI systems capable of performing previously improbable tasks and achieving unprecedented performance levels. You will leverage your engineering skills in designing, implementing, and improving massive-scale distributed machine learning systems, and contribute to the science behind the algorithms employed.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-performance implementations of deep learning algorithms.
• Work in large distributed systems and provide technical perspectives to develop machine learning best practices.
• Evaluate the interactions of the machine learning system with surrounding systems.
• Assess trade-offs of different ML models/systems and deploy best practices.
• Engage in Data/Feature Engineering, Training, Evaluation, and Deployment of ML models.

Qualifications:

• Experience running small-scale ML experiments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing systems.
• Proficient in Python and possess strong software engineering skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with researchers to advance the development of next-generation models.
