As a Senior Research Manager - Analytical Sales, you will lead business development efforts for NielsenIQ Analytics solutions, focusing on building and growing relationships with clients in the region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a commercial plan aimed at expanding the client portfolio and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with the Delivery Center of Excellence (COE) team to ensure seamless delivery to clients.
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Demonstrating strong sales leadership, including prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Building enduring relationships with clients and understanding their strategic priorities.

Core Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong engagement with clients' key Marketing and Sales personas.
- Present at client and retailer events, demonstrating a thorough understanding of NielsenIQ's solutions and their application in the CPG and Retail industry.
- Own the business plan for responsibility areas, providing clear estimations and forecasts of revenue results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure pertinent information about clients is shared and opportunities are captured.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in CPG Sales, Trade Marketing, or Retailer Key Account Management.
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Knowledge of sales processes in CPG companies and familiarity with NielsenIQ products and services is advantageous.
- Strong business English is required; proficiency in a local language is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with strong communication and presentation abilities.
