Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in business development efforts, including prospecting and preparing sales materials and proposals with a focus on the private sector.
- Select appropriate research methodologies and data analysis strategies tailored to client needs.
- Lead the development of client-ready deliverables, including presenting findings to clients.
- Take ownership of a project work stream or lead the entire project, depending on the engagement size.
- Oversee the overall project management tasks, including:
- Developing and managing the project plan
- Managing project activities, resources, and budget
- Delivering projects on time and to client satisfaction
- Ensuring executed contracts with clients are in place prior to project commencement
- Issuing all invoices on schedule as per the contractual agreement
- Ensuring timely receipt of payments
- Obtaining a Release/Completion Letter from clients
- Ensuring timely release of Performance Bonds by clients when applicable
- Develop financial and technical proposals for market research studies.
- Formulate conclusions and actionable recommendations based on project findings.
- Engage in select project management activities as appropriate.
- Participate in and contribute to client meetings and interactions.
- Develop coherent and concise deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Structure project frameworks and define specific methodologies to address business challenges effectively.
- Actively manage relationships with clients during the project.
- Lead project teams to guarantee quality outcomes and on-time delivery.
- Design applicable solutions for business problems identified during projects.
- Produce recommendations resulting from client interviews and data analysis.
Authorities
- Involved in all decisions within the Market Research Department.
- Interface with Project Teams, External Clients, and Suppliers.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree required.
Relevant Experience
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience as a Research Manager with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
