Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in business development efforts, including prospecting and the preparation of sales materials and proposals, with a focus on the private sector.
- Select appropriate research methodologies and data analysis techniques for clients.
- Prepare client-ready deliverables by leading the project team and presenting findings to clients.
- Take full ownership of a work stream within a large project or lead the project as a whole, depending on engagement size.
- Manage all project aspects, including:
- Developing and managing the project plan
- Overseeing project activities, resources, and budget
- Delivering projects within deadlines while ensuring client satisfaction
- Ensuring that fully executed contracts with clients are in place before project initiation
- Timely issuance of invoices as per contract or agreed invoicing schedules
- Ensuring all payments are received on time
- Obtaining Release/Completion Letters from clients
- Ensuring timely release of Performance Bonds by clients, if applicable
- Develop financial and technical proposals for market research studies.
- Formulate conclusions and actionable recommendations based on project findings.
- Manage projects under select circumstances and engage in client meetings and interactions.
- Contribute to the development of coherent, concise project deliverables.
- Structure the project framework and define methodologies to address business challenges effectively.
- Actively manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the project team to ensure quality and timely delivery of results.
- Design solutions for identified business problems and produce well-informed recommendations from client interviews, data gathering, and analysis.
Authorities
- Involvement in all decisions within the Market Research Department.
- Interfaces with Project Team, External Clients, and Suppliers.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years as a Research Manager with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
