We are looking for candidates with expertise in any of the following areas:
- Quantum computation and complexity theory
- Fault-tolerant quantum algorithms
- NISQ algorithms
- Industry applications of quantum computing
- Numerical simulations of quantum devices
- Quantum error correction and mitigation
- Quantum-circuit deployment on quantum hardware
Candidates should hold a PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Chemistry, or a related field, and demonstrate a strong interest in collaborating on both theory development and practical numerical implementations of quantum algorithms. Fluent interaction with other researchers from the Quantum Algorithms and in-house Experimental Quantum Computing Hardware Divisions is expected, along with collaboration with external quantum hardware platforms via cloud.
