We are seeking a Senior Revit Technician - Structures to join our Building Engineering team. In this role, you will deliver integrated project deliverables using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, ensuring quality and accuracy in all models and deliverables. You will coordinate with various disciplines while mentoring peers and providing engineering guidance. This position requires extensive experience in BIM modeling and coordination, particularly within the context of concrete, steel, and precast structures.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated project deliverables exclusively in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables.
- Coordinate designs with Building Services, Architecture, and other engineering disciplines.
- Mentor peers and provide technical documentation, modeling, and engineering advice.
- Conduct drawing reviews and model audits using tools such as Bluebeam and Autodesk Navisworks.
- Troubleshoot issues and support technical team members.
- Lead coordination and collaboration utilizing the Federated Model on platforms such as Autodesk Navisworks and BIM360 Model Coordination.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams and groups to ensure comprehensive design consideration.
- Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans.
- Take accountability for own work and that of subordinates.
- Apply creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks, developing appropriate research and documentation to support these solutions.
- Conduct Revit and BIM training sessions.
- Work independently on concrete, steel, and precast structures including detailing.
- Set up and coordinate a BIM Protocol and execution plan for projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree related to Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of production experience in Building design, BIM modeling, and Coordination using Revit/BIM tools.
- Preferably 7+ years of experience in the Middle East.
- Hands-on experience with BIM360/ACC (minimum of 2-3 years required).
- Autodesk BIM certified professional preferred.
- Experience in Dynamo, Grasshopper, and Rhino preferred.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful team player with the ability to work independently.
