What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain model-ready datasets by sourcing, cleansing, and transforming data from multiple sources.
- Support the development, testing, recalibration, and monitoring of credit risk models and scorecards.
- Perform portfolio monitoring, segmentation, trend analysis, and risk assessments.
- Build and automate reports, dashboards, and monitoring frameworks for key risk indicators.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify emerging risks and business opportunities.
- Support model governance activities, including documentation, validation evidence, and regulatory submissions.
- Research and evaluate new analytical techniques, machine learning methodologies, and data sources to improve risk analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
- UAE National with a strong interest in Risk Analytics, Data Science, and Financial Services.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or risk analytics.
- Experience with Python, SQL, and analytical methodologies.
- Exposure to banking, fintech, or financial services is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable insights.
