Responsibilities
- Manage projects within agreed governance structures and processes to ensure consistency of approach and efficient use of resources.
- Articulate and document business requirements for projects, change requests, and other initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, business users, and stakeholders to deliver seamless communication and support for project execution.
- Propose technical recommendations and improvements while providing the necessary technical support, assessments, and reports to business units.
- Create periodic reports and monthly updates on ongoing initiatives to business and PMO, ensuring stakeholders are informed.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) of projects and change requests, adhering to quality control policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the Banking domain.
- Proven ability to deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Experience in developing project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
- Strong risk management skills to identify and minimize project risks while maintaining relationships with third parties and vendors.
- Knowledge of documentation and process standards within the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
