Senior Risk Solution Delivery Manager

The Senior Risk Solution Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects within the organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to develop and document a common understanding of project requirements and overseeing the management of projects and major tasks in the Risk Management sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within agreed governance structures and processes to ensure consistency of approach and efficient use of resources.
• Articulate and document business requirements for projects, change requests, and other initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate with vendors, business users, and stakeholders to deliver seamless communication and support for project execution.
• Propose technical recommendations and improvements while providing the necessary technical support, assessments, and reports to business units.
• Create periodic reports and monthly updates on ongoing initiatives to business and PMO, ensuring stakeholders are informed.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) of projects and change requests, adhering to quality control policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the Banking domain.
• Proven ability to deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Experience in developing project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Strong risk management skills to identify and minimize project risks while maintaining relationships with third parties and vendors.
• Knowledge of documentation and process standards within the systems development life cycle (SDLC).
