This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment and mechanical systems to ensure they meet required standards. The technician will lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring that maintenance activities are performed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
- Allocate maintenance activities to various technicians and assemble the team.
- Supervise all ongoing jobs and update progress to the foreman.
- Organize manpower resources, equipment, and materials availability.
- Arrange necessary work permits before starting work.
- Provide technical advice to technicians on the proper use of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs.
- Ensure that SAP data input, history, and actual hours are maintained.
- Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
- Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
- Encourage reporting of near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
- Participate in safety audits.
- Attend safety and technical training as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance, with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas facilities.
- Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills within large organizations.
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
- Strategic management skills.
- Ability to achieve business results in a multi-cultural environment.
