Position

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, specifically using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere.
Automate rule-based, repetitive business processes across finance, HR, supply chain, and more.
Work with Excel, PDFs, emails, databases (SQL), APIs, and legacy systems.
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Document Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
Optimize bot performance for scalability and efficiency.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:

7-10 years of hands-on RPA development experience (UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere).
Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and RE Framework (or equivalent in other tools).
Experience with SQL, REST APIs, .NET/C#, Python, or Java.
Knowledge of OCR, AI/ML, and cognitive automation.
Expertise in REST APIs, SQL, JSON, and XML.
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and version control (Git, Jenkins).

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
